The photos on our website closely represent the actual garments and colors. Please note: as most of our pieces are vintage & handmade, small imperfections may occur due to age and wear. Choose carefully and feel free to contact us with any questions.

SHIPPING

All orders ship from the Netherlands via PostNL.

We aim to ship within 5 business days, though during summer this may take a little longer. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Need your order by a specific date? Let us know and we'll do our best to make sure it arrives on time ♡

TAX & DUTY
For international orders, customers are responsible for any local taxes and import duties.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We truly hope you love your order ♡ As a small business, returns and exchanges require a lot of time and care. However, if you're not completely happy with your purchase, you're welcome to return or exchange it.

Items from our own label may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Please note:

Vintage and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns must be sent with track & trace. Please keep your tracking information, as we cannot refund lost parcels.
Refunds are processed after we receive your return and may take up to 10 working days.
